We use an email broadcasting system that requires a specific email format.
Therefore:
• email shot to be sent out must be put together using tables, not layers or divs
• images must be hosted live on the internet, not on own company’s local server (the image links MUST BE ABSOLUTE ie. http://www.yourcompany.com/yourimagesfolder/imagename
NOT LOCAL ../yourimagesfolder/imagename).
When the email is sent live, the system looks for the images on the internet – if not hosted live then the images will not be displayed
• the email broadcasting system does not support tracking links, therefore all links must actually go to the correct web page
Client must supply: • sending email address AND the display name you require (who is sending it)
• subject heading (for subject box)
• any names to be seeded onto the email address list
(maximum five addresses please)
• correct address of client company which will be displayed at the bottom of the email
Client will receive an email proof direct from our support company Constant Contact (who administer our email broadcasting system) requesting verification of the email sending address supplied. Client must then verify this address back to Constant Contact by clicking a link on the email. Without this authorisation the email cannot be sent from the broadcasting system.
